Therapy
One-on-one session with a licensed therapist to discuss your concerns in a supportive and confidential environment. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs to help you gain clarity, improve coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.

Supervision is available for associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure. We offer a hybrid of individual and group supervision that meets state requirements, providing clinical guidance, case consultation, and professional development in a supportive environment.
